Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) supplements the Terms of Service. It applies to all Mind Fuse subscription products, including Elevat3 and StampFuse, and to anything you create, upload, generate, or transmit using them.

Permitted use

You may use our products for lawful, professional, and personal purposes that fit the feature set described on each product page. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload, the prompts you submit, and the outputs you publish or distribute.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload, transmit, or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that incites hatred or violence against a protected group.
• Distribute malware, phishing kits, ransomware, or any code intended to harm systems or users.
• Engage in fraud, identity theft, payment fraud, or other deceptive financial activity.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Upload, generate, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. We report CSAM to law enforcement and to the relevant authorities.
• Produce non-consensual intimate imagery, including imagery that sexualizes a real person without their consent.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or chain communications.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the service at scale, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or models of the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the service without our written permission.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the service, including probing, scanning, or load-testing without prior written consent.
• Use the service for activities involving regulated or restricted goods (weapons, controlled substances, financial fraud schemes, money laundering, sanctions evasion, and similar).

AI-specific rules

Several Mind Fuse products use machine learning and generative AI. In addition to the rules above, you agree not to:

• Use AI features to create content that impersonates a real person with the intent to defraud, deceive, or cause reputational harm.
• Generate deepfakes, synthetic voice clones, or other realistic media of a real person without that person's clear, informed consent, especially for political, financial, or sexual purposes.
• Use outputs in regulated contexts (medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, electoral content) without proper human review and required disclosures.
• Pass off AI-generated content as authored by a real person in contexts where doing so is required to be disclosed by law.
• Use the service to develop or train a competing AI model or to bulk-extract training data from outputs.
• Attempt to bypass safety guardrails, including through obfuscated prompts, jailbreaks, or prompt injections targeting other users.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action that we judge appropriate, including a warning, content removal, temporary suspension, account termination, refusal of future service, and where required, disclosure to law enforcement. We reserve the right to act without prior notice when a violation poses immediate harm to others or to the service.

Reporting abuse

If you believe a user is violating this policy, email [email protected] with the relevant URLs, screenshots, or other evidence. We treat reports of CSAM, threats of violence, and non-consensual intimate imagery as priority and act quickly.
