Overview

Mind Fuse Inc ("we", "us") operates from California, USA and Dubai, UAE. This policy applies to our subscription products, including Elevat3 and StampFuse, and to our marketing websites at mind-fuse.com and elevat3.ai. It does not cover third-party websites that you might reach through our links.

Data we collect

• Account information. Name, email address, password (stored hashed), and optional profile details you provide.
• Billing information. Billing address, plan, and transaction history. Card numbers and payment credentials are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. Mind Fuse does not store full card numbers on its servers.
• Product usage data. Actions you take in the product, feature usage, performance and error events, and the content you create or upload to use the service.
• Device and log data. IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
• Support communications. Messages you send us by email, chat, or form.

How we use data

• To provide, operate, and maintain our products.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To authenticate users and protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• To improve features, debug issues, and develop new functionality.
• To send product news and offers, only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under one of these bases:

• Performance of a contract. To deliver the subscription you purchased.
• Legitimate interests. To operate, secure, and improve our services in ways you would reasonably expect.
• Consent. For marketing emails and certain cookies, where required.
• Legal obligation. For tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance.

Sharing with third parties

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, under confidentiality and data-protection agreements. We do not sell personal data.

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers host and serve the application.
• Analytics providers help us understand product usage in aggregate.
• Email and communication tools deliver transactional and support messages.
• Support tooling helps us respond to help requests.
• Legal and regulatory disclosures when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

Mind Fuse operates from the United States and the United Arab Emirates and uses providers with global infrastructure. When personal data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Data retention

We retain account and usage data while your account is active. After cancellation we retain billing and transaction records for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. You can request deletion of your account at any time. We may retain limited data when required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.

Your rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion (subject to legal holds).
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Mind Fuse does not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact [email protected] so we can delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or via a notice in the product. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
