The terms below apply to all Mind Fuse subscription products, including Elevat3 and StampFuse. We aim to be fair, predictable, and quick.
Mind Fuse products are sold as recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually in US dollars (USD). Each subscription renews automatically at the end of its billing period unless cancelled.
You can cancel a subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access through that period and will not be billed again.
As a default, we do not refund unused time within the current billing period after a cancellation. If you cancel mid-month or mid-year you keep access until the end of that period.

Outside these cases, refunds are considered case by case at our discretion. We are generally happy to work with customers who reach out in good faith.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the email address on the account, the approximate date of the charge, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are reversed to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Some plans include a free trial of up to 14 days. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to a paid plan and your payment method is charged for the first billing period. You can cancel during the trial at any time without charge.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge over a short dunning window. We will also email you so you can update your payment method. If payment is not received after a reasonable period, your subscription will be paused or terminated. Your data will remain available for at least 30 days after termination so you can reactivate or export it, unless deletion is requested earlier.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us can result in your account being suspended or terminated while the dispute is investigated.
